Programa Federal de Trabajadores Calificados Ocupaciones elegibles

El 1 de enero de 2015, el Gobierno de Canadá implementó el sistema de Inmigración de Entrada Express bajo la Clase Económica, incluido el Programa Federal de Trabajadores Calificados.
Bajo Express Entry, los Trabajadores Calificados Federales en 347 ocupaciones elegibles que cumplen con los criterios mínimos de ingreso, presentan un perfil de expresión de interés al Pool de Express Entry. Los perfiles de los candidatos en el grupo se clasifican en un Sistema de clasificación integral. Los candidatos mejor calificados serán considerados para una invitación a solicitar la residencia permanente. Los candidatos que reciban una invitación deben presentar una solicitud completa dentro de un plazo de 60 días.
Los Trabajadores Calificados Federales son personas con educación, experiencia laboral, edad y habilidades lingüísticas adecuadas en uno de los idiomas oficiales de Canadá y que son seleccionados bajo el sistema de Ingreso Express para solicitar la residencia permanente.
Para calificar para la admisión al Express Entry Pool como trabajador calificado federal, los solicitantes deben cumplir con las siguientes condiciones:
Condiciones esenciales
- Poseer un año de experiencia laboral remunerada continua a tiempo completo o el equivalente en empleo continuo a tiempo parcial dentro de los 10 años anteriores en una de las 347 ocupaciones elegibles enumeradas en el sistema de Clasificación Ocupacional Nacional aplicable; Y
- La experiencia laboral debe clasificarse en el Tipo de Habilidad 0 (Ocupaciones Directivas), Nivel de Habilidad A (Ocupaciones Profesionales), o Nivel de Habilidad B (Ocupaciones Técnicas y Oficios Calificados) dentro del significado del sistema Nacional de Clasificación Ocupacional; Y
- Obtenga suficientes puntos bajo la cuadrícula de puntos de trabajadores calificados que comprende seis factores de selección. La marca de aprobación actual es de 67 puntos;
- Someterse a una prueba de idioma de un tercero reconocido y demuestre habilidades de lenguaje de nivel intermedio en inglés o francés correspondientes a la Prueba comparativa de idioma canadiense de 7)
- Poseer una financiación de liquidación adecuada;
- Someterse a un exitoso historial de seguridad y examen médico.
